Design VMware architecture and implement backup and DR solutions (SRM & VDP).Assist in daily management of VMware, HP Blade, and AD environment.Use SCCM 2012 to test and implement patches.Deploy AV solution to virtual environment via SCCM. Assist in EMC VNX storage management for virtual and physical server needs.

 Provide support for Tier 2 technicians that maintain 300+ remote medical transcriptionists, editors, and account managers. Assist customer site IT departments to resolve business related technical issues. Assist in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Assist in creating, implementing and maintaining virtual machines in a VMware Vsphere 4 virtual infrastructure which has 5 ESX hosts and approximately 72 VM production servers for assorted business needs.  Support and troubleshoot Interfix, MS Exchange, and MySQL and SQL databases. Create and maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Cisco ASA, Exchange, and local Linux accounts. Application and desktop support for many software platforms and operating systems. Troubleshoot various network and server issues spanning different versions of Windows and Linux. Create testing environments and troubleshoot new client configurations and software. On-site customer support and configuration during transcription/dictation system implementations. Participate in an on-call rotation.
