Currently I am a Mobile Technician where I am using my key IT skills to manage, repair, troubleshoot, track and assist end users on their mobile devices and other electronic equipment. I'm also Alumni of Year Up where I sharpened my skills in the technology field while also developing my soft skills such as public speaking and business communication skills. I pride myself on my quick learning skills, adaptability, and grit. I also have experience diagnosing and repairing devices such as Mac laptops, desktops, iPhones and also limited android devices. I have taught myself these hard skills prior to attending Year Up and I hope to bring a combination of both to an environment in the IT field that believes in always learning and striving for excellence.
