Notably, we accomplished a complete reconstruction of the website within a mere four months.My team was responsible for the end-to-end development of the new website, including designing UX/UI flows, implementing the purchase process utilizing Navitaire's digital APIs, and integrating payment platforms.A key achievement was the strategic shift to a hybrid development model (50% internal development and 50% outsourcing). This move significantly increased the website's conversion rate by 2% while simultaneously reducing development costs by an impressive 70%.Under our stewardship, the website has been recognized as the best e-commerce platform in Latin America by Interlat, emerging as the most critical sales channel for the airline.In addition, we developed a new mobile application and a WhatsApp bot. The bot has revolutionized the customer service experience by facilitating ticket purchases, check-ins, flight status queries, and more.
