This was a collaborative effort to transition an online wholesaler to an eCommerce website with an expectation to partially rebrand. We successfully integrated a streamlined checkout process as well as redesigned the website's high level information architecture in order to make it more navigable.My responsibilities included: project management.

Utilized a hands-on approach to practice user-centered design methods, design thinking skills, team collaboration, and client relations. Developed a portfolio of individually and collaboratively focused projects including: Share CARE.

QTS Metro Data Center - Atlanta, GA

Created and maintained construction schedules for a dynamic multiphase project; ensuring all milestones were met and within budget.Collaborated with customers, subcontractors, engineers and specialists to communicate progress and mitigate risks or delays.Prepared cost estimates for change orders and new construction.

Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan

Performed daily user testing with 5-10 site managers along with constant research and iterations in order to improve the software developed to manage the purchase, shipment, receipt and inventory of materials required to build and maintain electrical systems abroad.Managed over 100 electricians and $50M in new construction and electrical repairs.Created.
