• Set-up the Contract Management activities within the division (380 contracts,up to 17M€/contract) • Strenghten Contract Managers competences within the Business Units to ensure : - the application of companies’ commitments according to contracts (contractor ‘sperformance, timings, payment terms, …) - the tracking of contractual deviations / Produce claims and make their valorization• Support the Business Units on specific cases (contractual interpretation, claims, ...)• Pilot and report the key indicators related to Contract Management within the division

• Team leader / business partner for the Business Units ("BU") to drive operating performance• Organize and pilot the budget / Mid Term Plan process with the CEO, CFO and BU Directors, in line with EDF Group financial cycle• Coordinate the analysis of scenarios and assumptions for the planning process.
