Managed inventory and replenishment process for regional internal and national outsourced Forms and Office Supplies Fulfillment Program comprised of 2,000 plus items worth approximately $6 million. Supervised staff of five employees consisting of inventory planners and senior forms analysts. Developed Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory programs where feasible to minimize storage space and reduce real estate expenses. Created efficient product specifications to keep costs at minimum. Key member of procurement team responsible for driving RFP which reduced internal headcount and overhead costs by transitioning in-house fulfillment program to outsourced managed services program.
