• As interactive Creative Director, led creative development for Ingenix, i3 Global, Lewin, and Ingenix Consulting.• Managed up to three employees• Responsible for presentation of strategy and creative concepts to clients• Created an online application called the OEB (Online Email Builder) which inabled marketing managers to create their own email campaigns using highly professional templates. Within the first year it generated over 1600 emails and saved the company time and money.• Rebranded all i3 Globals interactive email campaigns• Implimented creative system which allowed designers to work more effeciantly• Created several corporate reports relating to “Email Best Practices”, and “Banner Ads Best Practices” which where incorporated into the corporate brand guidelines.• Implemented corporate interactive testing.
