Joseph F.X. Zahra is a Malta-based economist and corporate consultant with over 30 years’ experience on change management engagements with global companies in Europe.Amongst various high profile engagements, Joseph was appointed by Pope Francis to lead the Vatican’s economic and administrative reform commission (COSEA) in 2013.
