Some of the projects developed and the functions performed by me within them include the following:- Financial and economic evaluation to define both the investment guidelines and the business model of a SMART City for the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu of Saudi Arabia.- Demand, risk, and financing profile assessment to determine the transaction structure and requirements for the private sector to allow the Peruvian Private Investment Promotion Agency to call a tender for the development of an Industrial Park in the capital city.- Financial assessment to evaluate the feasibility of implementing a dedicated Urban Solid Waste Management System within a major airport infrastructure project in North America; the analysis included the determination of the fees to be paid by the potential private operator to the public sector.- Financial due diligence to advise a multilateral development bank on its decision-making process to finance the development of a private healthcare facility in Ecuador.- Analysis, initial diagnostic, and formulation of the strategic vision for the Mexican energy sector in the short, medium, and long term to facilitate intersectoral synergies and reduce regional development gaps. - Robot process automation functional design for several business processes within the Finance and Management Control departments of a top telecom company for its operations in Central America.- Support the financial feasibility analysis and the degree of involvement of the public sector to boost the development of a couple of Special Economic Zones in Southern Mexico.- Analyzed As-Is processes on a country by country basis at the Finance Department of a top telecom company and proposed a new organizational structure to allow the department to work at a regional level in Central America.
