Jian received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from New York University in 2020. He is working in Amazon AGI as Senior Applied Scientist. His research interest includes LLM Human Evaluation, LLM Reward Model & RLHF, Speech Anonymization, Game theory, Robust Optimization, GAN, Computer Vision, and Speech Processing. Dr. Gao has reviewed 200+ papers and published 15+ papers in top journals and international conferences since 2011, including IEEE Trans. ITS, IEEE PES, INTERSPEECH' 23, INTERSPEECH' 19, IJCNN' 18, CCDC' 18, ACC' 17, etc. He is member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), IEEE Young Professionals, New York Academic Science (NYAS), and International Speech Communication Association (ISCA). Dr. Gao is the Area Chair of Amazon Machine Learning Conference (AMLC) from 2021 to 2023.
