• Implements Life Skills or Youth Empowerment program in Brgy. Vasra, Quezon City - Facilitation of module sessions to target participants (children, youth and caregivers)• Mobilizes sponsored children and youth, caregivers and adult volunteers - Recruited youth leaders to be co-facilitators during implementation of sessions - Identifies youth representatives for external organization involvements - Facilitate and coordinate community meetings, sessions, assemblies• Facilitates coordination with partner local government units, schools, and community organizations for resource support and for provision of technical support for program implementation• Monitors, requests, and prepares reports of the center’s funds specifically allocated for Life Skills Program• Facilitates the overall implementation of the gift-in-kind to the sponsored families in the communities and ensure complete and on time submission of the distribution reports• Assists in planning and implementation of community-based activities and programs• Assists and support in other program-related activities of the community center when requested• Support agency-initiated events• Submits monthly monitoring and evaluation reports of the center’s Life Skills program implementation and conducts quarterly feedbacking through group discussions with sponsored beneficiaries and families• Conducts community needs assessment in the agency’s covered areas• Comply with and ensure adherence to the agency’s policies, safety and security protocols and child protections norms and guidelines by all stakeholders both internal and external• Creates IEC materials (flyers, brochures, activity presentations)
