Throughout my football career, which included All-Big Ten Conference Wide Receiver at The Ohio State University before an incredibly successful 16 year career in the NFL, I have been an integral member of high performing teams, served as a “player-coach” taking on key assignments and developing others along the way.As a NCAA football analyst for ESPN, over the last decade I have honed my skills in the evaluation of what drives performance, while through the J. Galloway Group, also being an advocate for creating opportunities for all with a commitment to advancing social change through supporting our clients DE&I efforts.
