• Help Desk Support L1: (Network, Printers, PC, Telephone) in accordance with Company procedures of helpdesk ticketing system according SLA (Service Level Agreement) and OLA (Operation Level Agreement).• Inventory management of computer equipment and spare parts: Desktop, Laptops, IPTel and Printers.• Peripheral support and administration of PVS (Production Vehicle Support) and QLS-Vo (Quality Leadership System Vehicle Operation) systems.• Troubleshooting operational network infrastructure: Investigate, analyze and solve in the shortest possible time, reducing costs to the company.• Management of local projects: PC Renewal, Network and user migration through Project Management.• Use of ITIL as a set of good practices that help improve the provision of a service, in particular an IT service.• Personnel supervisor of external companies : HCL and HP (In house).
