We've all heard of, or even personally experienced, the home improvement horror stories about the contractor who no-shows on the start date, disappears after demo day, or doesn't return the post-install service call. It was the terrible reputation our industry has earned that was a huge part of my drive to start ProEdge Remodeling.With ProEdge Remodeling as the sales and installation arm and Custom Built Window Manufacturing as the manufacturing arm there is a unique opportunity to help change the narrative on home improvement. Going factory-direct allows us to control the homeowner's entire experience from initial consultation through production and post-install support, which means homeowners can feel confident that when they work with us they'll be treated like real people and that we'll be there to support them and our products now and into the future.
