CWTech has 5 lines of business:• Infrastructure-managed services, professional services network, security and cloud services.• ESM (Service Now)-Managed services. Supports state of Ohio, IGS and Carfax.• Interactive(CWTI)-digital and brand marketing, website design, UI/UX, mobile, social media• Security• IT Consulting: App/Dev, Project Management, IT Infrastructure, BI & DW, TrainingMy duties and responsibilities include:• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, referrals, social media, etc.• Screening candidates’ resumes for appropriate positions.• Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates.• Assessing candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills soft skills, experience and aptitudes.• Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated.• Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.• Providing analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.• Acting as a point of contact and building and influential candidate relationships during the selection process and afterward.
