Regional Hr Manager
• Lead and supervise the direction (6 professionals) of all human resources activities for 6 facilities, one regional office, and corporate OSB sales with over 1,000 employees.• Provide management level consultation to site leadership and employees, regarding HR strategies, products, services and processes to drive consistency across the corporation.• Manage investigations for site LP confidential calls, employee concerns, complaints, other issues. Reduced calls by 20% year over year.• Partner with clients to meet business goals in support of corporate and business objectives resulting in consistency across all locations.• Provide risk assessment, recommendations, and support to resolve difficult/complex employee relation issues resulting in no employee charges or litigations.
