With over 20 years of experience in leadership, DEIB, technical, and organizational development, my "why" is to help organizations and leaders understand the lasting power behind belonging, fulfillment, and purpose at work, and then support their evolution in creating cultures that produce those same concepts. As a consultant at GP Strategies, I develop custom learning solutions and journeys for global clients within the areas of leadership, DEIB, and organizational development. Part of my work includes designing and assessing new product development efforts based on current market needs as well as updating current program content and objectives to adapt to the ever-changing leadership landscape and competency focus. From 2020 to 2022, I developed a full DEIB product suite for various learning modalities that delivered ~1.5M in revenue and still serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Thought Leader on client facing and internal organizational strategy needs for DEI. I consistently partner with internal client delivery teams to review and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to progress requests for proposals and/or information to move the relationship from prospect to active client.
