(NBPI) preparing various lipids that are utilized in different LNP drug delivery vehicles for xRNA payloads. Other duties include SCM coordinator for cGMP excipients & lipid raw materials for Clinical DP manufacturing.Previously at Nitto Denko Technical (NDT) Corp's Fibrosis group, I performed lipid & Vitamin A conjugate synthesis that were utilized in a liposomal drug delivery vehicle of a siRNA payload for targeted Liver Fibrosis.Before NDT I was with Tanabe Research Laboratories (TRL) Med Chem Department. My primary responsibility was planning/performing multi-step synthesis of small-molecule inhibitors from mg to multi-gram scale for numerous projects. My secondary responsibility was to maintain, trouble shoot and provide training on multiple LCMS & UPLC systems. Prior to TRL, I worked for Corvas International Incorporated. Once again, my primary responsibility was the design and synthesis of peptides, peptidomimetics and small organic molecule inhibitors in collaboration with senior scientific staff. This included both solution-phase and solid-phase methods. Other experience include working at an Environmental Testing Lab, Analytical Technologies Incorporated. Working independently, my primary responsibility was the preparation of samples for analysis. I did liquid-liquid and solid-liquid extractions for pesticides, herbicides, PCB’s, fuel and volatile samples. All extractions followed GLP & EPA method guidelines.
