In my role, I am a senior facilitator on a team responsible for conducting leadership development and personal awareness seminars. Special Assistant on the Headquaters Air Force staff assisting in the development, integration, evaluation and analysis of the U.S. Air Force Future Years Defense Program that exceeds $635 billion, as well as the Air Force long-range plan to support national security objectives and military strategy. Leader and integral part of the front office in Strategy and Requirements involved in all facets of the Directorate and a part of the most dramatic changes in our history. During CY 2014-15, we facilitated more than 50 Air Force basing decisions; our weapons systems support branch built comprehensive FY13 National Defense Authorization Act Force Structure Implementations plans to retire/transfer 494 aircraft across the FYDP affecting 95 bases; we accomplished programmatic actions providing a prioritized and balanced set of funding options addressing the most critical shortfalls and key investments within the Global Precision Attack and Air Superiority portfolios for the FY15 President’s Budget; and we designed and integrated initial and alternate POM builds –accounting for a 54 billion dollar Air Force topline reduction over the FYDP (FY15-19).

Integrated Staff member on the United States Air Force senior team working as the Military Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff in Strategic Plans and Programs/Requirements. Responsible for establishing and overseeing the Total Force Task Force and being the Air Force voice to the National Commission on the Structure of the Air Force. Personally led CSAF/SECAF directed Task Force and transitioned the team to a Total Force Continuum. Also selected to lead congressional preparation for Air Force changes in Force Structure and was the project manager for the highly successful Headquarters Management Inspection achieving "best-seen" results.

Chief Executive Officer (Assistant Adjutant General and Commander); Florida Air National Guard; 81 Marine Street, St. Augustine, FL 32085; (Supervisor MajGen Emmett Titshaw) 2004- 2012. Responsible for mission readiness, operational training, and administrative coordination of a Fighter Wing and 8 Geographically Separated Units. Scope of responsibility included $385 M in facilities, aircraft and equipment, chairman over a $98M operating budget, and direct command of 1,989 personnel. Served as the primary spokesperson for the Air Component during community, state, and national events and from 2010-2012 served as the National Chairman of the Air National Guard Strategic Planning System (SPS).

Oversaw the daily administration of the State Headquarters Air Staff and the activity of the F-15 Fighter wing and eight other diverse missions across the state of Florida. Led the finance, personnel, diversity, communications, and numerous councils to ensure the state was functioning efficiently and effectively for state missions, emergency operations and oversees contingency operations.

Worked with financial institutions to secure start-up income and establish credit line for a nursing staff-relief and home health care company in Jacksonville Florida. Owned and operated this company from its initial start-up in August of 1988 until its purchase by a national provider of healthcare in 1995. Oversaw a $2.5 million annual sales average (1990-1995) and provided pay and benefits to over 460 employees. Served as the community liaison/marketing lead and successfully penetrated and maintained a 43% market share in a highly competitive industry. Sold to a national company and transitioned the company to new administration and ownership. During this period I maintained and further developed as a military officer with the Florida Air National Guard.
