As a Manager at Firefly Tutoring, I lead a team of 12 tutors who provide personalized and engaging mathematics and science lessons to students of various levels and backgrounds. I oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of tutors, as well as the development and implementation of curricula and assessment tools. I also maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, and partners, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.I have a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a 4.0 GPA from University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where I honed my analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Data Analytics from University of Washington, where I am learning how to apply statistical inference, data visualization, and Microsoft Power Query techniques to support decision making in various domains. I have a passion for education and a knack for explaining complex concepts in simple and accessible ways.
