I am an embedded software engineer with experience in the development of low and high level software for embedded devices. I also have experience in the development of software for Linux and Windows.I am most used to development using git for version control and C, C++ and Assembly for programming, but I can also use other languages, such as Rust and Python, as well as other version control systems, such as Subversion. Although I have my preferences, these are tools, and I can adapt fairly quick to new ones.I have previously developed software for a variety of microcontrollers from STMicroElectronics, Microchip, Nordic and Espressif. I also developed Linux kernel modules - IO chips, radio communication, custom keyboard, touch input - for the Raspberry PI. I am used with the software and systems used by Linux distributions, and I can also write software for it as well as Windows. For example, I have developed libraries that work as Flutter plugins, for user space USB communication, that were used by a Flutter application.I deal with automation by using Bash and Python to write scripts for tasks that are performed often.I am a fan of open source software (OSS) and I have contributed a little bit in the past, which is something I want to do more in the future.
