• Creating and enhancing the data structures that enable Engage3 customers achieve a substantial improvement in the productivity and quality of their competitive shops through the use of the Mission Control platform. Specific improvements include:o A product and price find rate of 98% versus 50-60% for traditional systems.o The ability to capture 400 – 600 product prices per hour as compared to 150 – 200 per hour using traditional methods.o The ability to manage their Price Image through our Price Image Management offering• Working with retail subject matter experts to extend, enhance and fine tune the Engage3 Master Product Hierarchy data architecture consisting of grocery product and price information from over 20,000 stores, over 2 million products and 100 million price updates per week.• Assisting Data Scientists who are developing and enhancing a large and growing portfolio of patented “big data” linking and enhancement algorithms that allow unprecedented data processing efficiencies.• Developing and enhancing PL/SQL procedures to implement the product categorization and linking algorithms.• Coordinating and extending the critical real-time data feeds between Engage3 and its data suppliers and customers.• Currently utilizing Amazon Web Services RDS, S3 and AWS/DMS services, Azure Database Service, Snowflake data warehouse, Bodo.ai technology stack, Keebo Snowflake warehouse management.• Involved in the recruiting, screening and on-boarding of Data Engineers and Developers.• Mentor to other Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Scientists both on and off shore.

• Worked with the California Works Information Network (CalWIN) consortium as they extended their technology platform to include the requirements for the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment and Retention System (CalHEERS).• Reviewed the requirements of the CalHEERS integration, analyzing the benefits, risks and costs of alternative strategies.• Developed and maintained extensions to the CalWIN data model to support the CalHEERS integration.• Worked with consortium members, subject matter experts, application architects and developers to collect, analyze and prioritize data requirements.• Provided input and advice to peers, management and customers in relation to data engineering principles, technologies, methods and best practices.• Collaborated with the infrastructure Database Administration teams to ensure delivery of database infrastructure components.
