As the Director of Global Integrations at CommScope I'm responsible for all B2B and A2A electronic integrations. This includes the use of EDI, API and various other forms of integrations utilizing market leading integration technologies. In addition to these responsibilities I'm also heavily engaged in the digital transformation of our customer experience where I'm leading on the vision and design of new data feeds, application development and the presentation of information to proactively manage our customers transactions.

As the Director of eBusiness Integration Solutions I'm globally responsible for all Business to Business (B2B) integrations between Maersk Line and it's trading partners. In this role we have the responsibility for both the technical solution design and development as well as the technical sales of our solutions to our trading partner community. During my time we increased the awareness internally and externally of the benefits of eCommerce. Through the creation of innovative products we find ourselves always striving for the best that technology can give us and we come up with creative ways to tackle today's B2B integration demands.I lead a global team of 70+ resources represented in 5 major countries.

Responsible for the BI deliveries to all of Maersk Line in North America. These included such things as developing new Real Time (Operational BI) data tools as well as delivery on more standard Data Warehousing tools such as the SAP Business Objects. In this role I lead a team of 10 Maersk Resources as well as managed 20+ onsite development resources. We grew the platform from a Regional North American based platform to a Global Platform used by Maersk Line employees globally.

In this role I was globally responsible for all Commercial EDI messaging at Maersk Line. This included all customer messages into Maersk as well as the management of the Multi-Carrier Portal Networks as well. I was responsible for the development of two major solutions utilizing BRM technologies. I also managed a small team in the delivery of these solutions to the global organization.

I was the primary responsible person for all commercial messaging to and from Maersk Line. I managed all Global EDI Maps as well as worked with Global vendors in the creation of these maps. In addition I was functionally responsible for a team of colleagues globally in the development of new commercial messages as well as the creation of new EDI Implementation Guides for Maersk Line.
