Found venture capital since 2001 and deployed this service in large organizations serving thousands of employees for 7 years. The product was 100% object oriented, fully web based, using C++ and a high performance Object Oriented database (Versant).

New bank wide system designed and built from scratch running on MVS and OS/2 with Presentation Manager and SOM (System Object Model), using APPC/APPN for communications.

Design and development of a highly successful PC-based HR system with 2000+ corporate customers

Designed and build production system managing the administrative side of high end creation of visual presentations by a large team of graphical designers.
