I co-founded Tinderbox to re-imagine the way teachers plan lessons. The vision was to connect teachers to outstanding lessons, in schemes of work, with links to relevant pedagogy. The intended impact was to allow teachers to spend their time focussing on differentiating lessons, accessing relevant research and pedagogy and facilitating learning.In 2013 Tinderbox partnered with London Knowledge Lab and Institute of Education to create a process to distill best practice and disseminate across classroom teachers.
