 Providing one on one care to residents with developmental disabilities/mental illness. Supporting each resident with basic home care, financial management and funds management. Providing travel support throughout local area so residents can leave the facility and interact in public doing common tasks. Training new direct cart staffing associates on proper care techniques to support residents. Trained in non-violent crisis intervention and HIPPA confidentiality.
