Business Consulting encompassed due diligence, M&A, valuations, competitive analysis, and “G2” type information and intelligence. Technical Consulting encompassed all aspects of digital video, IPTV, DVR/PVR, VoD, HDTV, Digital Simulcast, and Switched Digital Video.
