The main focus of this project was to reduce the failure demand of the clients of Eneco. This was done by analyzing the reason for contact and using Lean Six Sigma to optimize the contact procedures. The findings were that a few small changes could have a tremendous impact on the budget and customer satisfaction.

Research topic: Finding out the needs of the residents of retirement/nursing homes. What I learned most from this experience is that elderly care is more than just about numbers, after hearing the personal stories of the residents.
