The product is an appliance automatically provisioned that is capable of easily mounting a VPN between a customer and our premises. Used as a gateway to provide our set of services to customers.- Driving the implementation of our security events ingestion pipeline. This pipeline is closely connected to all the set of services we offer as a MSSP. The pipeline is responsible for receiving the events, detecting their source, parsing them, standardizing the field names and normalizing them to allow further reasoning using algorithms.- Driving activities of an off-shore SCRUM team. Coordinating activities between the off-shore development team and the local pro-services team which is responsible of deliveries and customer facing. The product is an in-house "VirusTotal"-like that can orchestrate file scans dispatched to many anti-viruses engine and build a report gathering each engine's results.- Working on the alignment of best practices across teams located on 3 continents.- Contributing to define and build metrics to improve visibility through quarterly-based reports shared with top management around team-member's time allocation and global progress on the roadmap.- Contributed in the staffing of both teams by conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
