I am one of the founders of AccelerAsia, a business development company that drives the expansion of fast-growing tech companies into Asia-Pacific and Australia. From its inception in 2010, the company has grown into a team of 30 people with offices across Asia including Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Australia.I’ve always had an interest in technology, with a background within global tech companies in San Francisco, Paris, Seoul and Beijing. I am particularly focused within the areas of mobile, advertising and marketing technologies. But I am also personally interested in people, because ultimately, it is people that help build and drive the tech. As such, I also do coaching and leadership development for managers to create new and sustainable results in different areas of their lives. I believe in an “and, and” way of life, as opposed to “either or”. Through my other company, Business Games Asia, I have facilitated trainings and workshops for global companies such as Philips, DBS, ANZ, UBS, KPMG and Manulife among others. A firm believer in personal development and experiential learning, I am a lifelong learner myself. I have completed various courses and leadership programs in Singapore; most recently as a graduate from the world premier Newfield Asia Coach Certification Program.When I’m not in the office or coaching, you can find me either at home cooking for my friends and family, out in the ocean diving, or on the hockey pitch.
