The second semester, we worked on the Half the Sky campaign and held a screening of the documentary to foster conversation around the oppression of women worldwide. I also organized and led campus visits for two groups of PAIS students, so that they could experience a day in the life of a Providence College student and explore a post-graduate option.Second placement: Dorcas International Institute (new partnership); taught literacy classes for adult learners, both English as Second Language learners and those who only knew English orally
