As a dedicated System Operator, I bring years of experience in monitoring and managing the the flow of electricity to the members I serve. My journey in the electric distribution field has been marked by punctuality, effective communication, and a touch of humor, all of which I believe contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated resilience and expertise, especially during critical moments. One such instance was in February 2021 when ERCOT issued a call for mandatory load shed. As the initial point of contact during this event, I successfully coordinated the actions necessary to comply with ERCOT regulations while maintaining professional communication with both leadership and our membership.My role has included overcoming challenges posed by inclement weather, where I play a vital role in restoring electricity to many communities here in North Texas. My ability to stay calm under pressure, coupled with my commitments to punctuality and excellence, has earned me a reputation as a reliable and skilled operator.Beyond my professional life, I am an avid reader and a keen follower of history and current events. I find joy in building custom computers for my friends, and attending live concerts and music festivals.
