How do we use our knowledge? How can we provide it in a way that others understand it, remember it and actually use it afterwards too? I've been driven by these questions for the last years and I still am.
Starting at explain-it, a Munich start-up that specialised in explanatory videos, over the four and a half years there I collected a lot of experience. I created hundreds of explanatory videos for different companies, solving creative challenges including developing a new product called video based training.  I implemented new processes including, for example; the issue and solution to knowledge management.
I am a fan of new challenges and I have a passion for learning languages. So, in 2017 I decided to do volunteer work in Colombia where I taught English to children in a small foundation in Bogotá. Since returning to Germany I've fulfilled a role in product/customer interface at ProGlove, Munich concisely informing our customers about our product. I was able to gain more experience regarding trainings and deepen my knowledge even further at Raum für Technik.One thing is certain: knowledge and learning fascinates me – no matter if it's a face-to-face lesson, a homepage, advertising text or onboarding for new employees. Understanding content, creating new structures, and putting it as simply and appealingly as possible for the respective target group is exactly my thing.
