As one of the founding partners and almost 20 years as Managing Partner of RSM Ireland, I was proud to lead RSM Ireland through a period of growth and the evolution from a startup, becoming part of the RSM Global Network, and harnessing the energy of our talented team to achieve our top 8 position in the Irish marketplace. I was also a member of the RSM European Leadership Team from 2018 to 2024 and Chair of the RSM Transatlantic Group from 2020 to 2024. In November 2023, I lead a transaction that resulted in a €20 million investment by RSM UK into RSM Ireland which will accelerate RSM Ireland's long-term growth and boost competition in the Irish marketplace. The investment would allow RSM Ireland to create at least 200 jobs in the next three years, doubling its current size, and boosting its ability to win business in the “local large corporate marketplace”.I am a keen sports enthusiast, I enjoy playing golf. I am a chairman of the Gaelic Player Association Finance Committee and a member of the GPA Board. I am a member of the Council of the German – Irish Chamber of Commerce.I have been involved over the years with various committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. I am a FCA and FCCA I have completed an executive leadership programme for professional services firms at Harvard University.I am the owner of Drumbane Investments Ltd, a family investment company which plans to invest in businesses in Ireland, supporting them to scale and transform their businesses.
