In this role, I manage all company products backlog and make the process of prioritization with the stakeholders of several areas to define the sprints for dev teams. Once the items has been priorize, I make the process of analysis and specification to this items, also organizing and conducting the agile ceremonies (like dailies, groomings, plannings, sprint reviews and retros). Also, I make the management and maintenance of Azure DevOps tool, used by the entire company software process, from backlog to deploy in production environment.Besides that, I created and automated (using Power Automate) several company processes, like the requesting of a new demand by stakeholders, the initial choose to send the demand to a board and team, and the follow of the demand status all the way until the production, including informing the stakeholders and interested people via Teams during the process. I'm also responsible for automate the process to extract information on Azure DevOps about the productivity and activity of the teams, generating an almost real time dashboard on Metabase that any stakeholder or interested person can acess and check those KPIs.

Here I was responsible for making the study and definition of entire application domain, based on business rules, for the main legacy system of the company (Spacenet), whose was used to calculate and receive the payment of car's stays on automated parking lots.Besides that, I made the migration study from the data of legacy systems (Spacenet) in different kind of machines, like totems (self-service stations) and cash registers that use proprietary software from company to the a new system that has been developed (Luminus), making a mapping of fields and values to allow the new system to remotely configure those machines, maintaining the stability and the operation after the migration for the users.

In this role, I was responsible for make all commercial proposal to our leads and prospects. The job consisted making meetings to do the elicitation of needs of those possible future customers (using tools like XMind for Mind Maps), then proceed to refine the idea (using BPMN and making at least a vision document containing the basis of solution's scope) and then validating all gathered information with the prospect. Once approved by it, I would proceed to make the elicitation of the team and the work hours necessary to conclude the project, obtaining the final price and deadline, already focusing in the team that was most likely to be used in the project, communicating with project managers and following very closely the project, for eventual interventions, if necessary, while mantaining the communication and a clear vision of the project for follow up with the now stakeholder and sponsor.Due to this, I developed a worksheet for proposal fulfillment, using templates and links in Excel, Word and programming in VBA, automating all the process.

Made the elicitation of requisites regarding the business rules of automatic payment methods either toll passages and parking stays. I had coordenated the projetct and the evolutionary maintenance in a system designed for brokerage process (trade with local stock exchange through FIX protocolo). Made from scratch a FIX router, a library (DLL) and a worksheet (Excel) using VBA to integrate all steps and made the broker process possible.Coordinated the migration of the legacy system from VB 6 to .NET platform, from initial survey of business rules to the development, also including the definition of design patterns and development of layout templates.

Remodeled the intranet (originally in ASP), extranet and company’s website, all in PHP and created a virtual keyboard to the Extranet in Flash (through AS) to ensure the security for the users. After that, I made the integration between the extranet and the ERP system, which allow the customers to follow their documents being generated in real time. To ensure maximum performance, I conducted the tunning of the database, also coordinating the team that developed the ERP system (CMP).

I participated of several financial projects, both as analyst and developer. In the highlight, there was a system called "Report's Manager" (GerRel) whose responsability was to emit all the invoices made in the company's trading desk with the local exchange stock by the bank's customers using this facility. Additionally, made from scratch a broadcast system (GoAround) to be used by multiple operators aiming to inquiry another participants in sessions of public securities auction before make the bank's offer, creating valuable data to make the decision based in the market. To do that, the system needed to make updates in real time.
