• Analysis of the end-to-end of the business P&L restatements to align with the annual business realignment process.• Lead the material (SKU) update process in compliance with finance business processes.• Coordinate the company’s finance and accounting policy manual updates.

• Responsible for financial systems readiness in Coordination with IT and Finance processes.• Manage global finance communications related to month end close status.• Present status reports to senior management showing an oversight of the month end close process challenges and ongoing corrective actions.• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives or special related projects.

• Assist with the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close including responsibility for successful close of assigned entities.• Drive and monitor accounting analysis and correction within Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss results to ensure compliance within corporate and country financial reporting.• Support Finance Processes (AP, AR, Inter-company, Payroll).• Prepare and maintain entity-level (monthly) Balance Sheet account reconciliations• Prepare Journal Entries aligned with generally accepted accounting principles.

• Ensure purchase order fulfillment.• Manage functional/delivery supplier relationship; includes approval and confirmation process Maintain inventory objectives.• Resolve material shortages/overages; includes expediting or obsolescence processing.• Work closely with quality personnel to ensure proper rework process is utilized.• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by senior buyers.
