Responsible for identifying and developing international distribution through licensing of patents, technology and trade secrets. The business model included a hybrid of US and localized manufacturing and marketing. Expanded the brand into 15 international markets building supply chains, operations, and sales and marketing with the licensee. Lead all B2B domestic and affiliate sales divisions managing an account team of 15.

Co-founded, built and operated a 30 person company delivering wholesale sporting goods and apparel. Negotiated and secured the first-in-country, county contract for sports within DeKalb County, GA having drafted RFPs, implementation and distribution for the county. Built Ultimate into the largest single location Team Dealer in the United States at that time.

Negotiated and lead all contract partnerships for international events spanning from Holland and Los Angeles to NYC and London. P&L ownership for $12.5 million budget that included all aspects of event production to include educational spaces, keynote spreacker presentations, and performances by talents like George Clinton and B.B. King. Clients included Apple, Adobe, Macromedia, Volkswagen, BMW & others.
