Coordinated the development of a suite of tools used to manage onboarding of tenants to 280+ separate OpenStack installations and 20+ OpenShift installations. Worked with customers and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design, and implement said tools. Developed REST APIs, single page apps, and backend worker processes to accomplish the needs of the tool suite. Led efforts to integrate the Adobe Omniture and Localytics mobile analytics SDKs into company branded iOS and Android mobile apps. Also, developed utilities to extract analytics data from these platforms for further analysis. Utilized Objective C, Swift, Java, MySQL, and Python to accomplish goals.Developed a portal for responding to app reviews in the Google Play Store and managing app information. The portal was a single page app backed by a RESTful API. Utilized Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Angular 2 (>1), Twitter Bootstrap, and Typescript to develop this application and API.

Led a team of developers and helping to architect solutions for web-based field service management software applications. Utilizing Java EE, JSF, Rich Faces, and Hibernate to develop the core web-app. Utilizing AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Yeoman to develop white-label portals for clients.

Created a web-based, data aggregation application that cut the mean repair time on network trouble tickets in half and reduced the time required for creating trouble tickets from 20 to 30 minutes to one and a half minutes.

Oversaw and completed deployment of enterprise applications.

Authored and coordinated the development of Statements of Work (SOW) for V-22 Weapons Systems Integration to answer government Requests for Proposal (RFP) by interfacing with all levels of the engineering and several other departments to ascertain relevant information. These SOW included everything from high-level systems to individual parts on the V-22. Built an application to track and report proposal status using Microsoft Access and Oracle. The use of this application cut a task that normally took six to eight hours a week down to 30 minutes. Engineered an application used to track life-limited and serialized items for the CV-22 Tilt-rotor Program. Data collected by this application is used to feed the United States Air Force’ REMIS maintenance database. This application proved to be a critical step in the improvement of on-time delivery of the CV-22 aircraft. Utilized C# and Oracle to create this application. C# was learned in two weeks and the application was live in 14 weeks. Recognized with an award by the Program Manager of the CV-22 program for contributions made. Replaced several manual processes with productivity enhancing applications developed using Microsoft Access and Oracle.
