- Vendor sourcing practices - Research, evaluation with vendors- Researching potential vendors, Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers- Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Review quality of products- Maintain records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices- Looking after the Procurement of Operation & Capital Spares for 5 Biomass Power Plants having capacity of 10 MW Each. OPEX CAPEX Spares contains Boiler Spares, Turbine Spares, Chemicals, Oil Lubricants, Mechanical, Electrical, Instruments, Fuel Handling Spares, Biomass Processing Spares, Automobiles Spares, etc. Also includes the services during Breakdown / Shutdown.

To receive enquiries from various Enquiry sources, Doing necessary Technical Calculation and submit Techno-commercial offer to the Client along with Design Drawing if required.- To take follow up of submitted Quotations via phone or email.- To visit Clients for technical/commercial Issues before and/or after submission of offer, etc
