As a Director with Beautycounter, I manage a team of women to reach their monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals, while also setting my own and tracking for my personal business growth. I'm often asked to lead team calls and have been a leader (top 2%) of the company for the past 2 years. In April 2022, I earned the top sales and recruiting spot for the state of Louisiana and was able to travel with Beautycounter to Washington DC to lobby for safer personal care laws.

Serve as right hand to the First Lady of Louisiana, supporting and advising in all aspects of her role. Serve as Executive Director to the Governor's Mansion Preservation Foundation and act as liaison between First Lady and board of Directors to make sure that all goals are achieved in a timely manner.Oversee budget for the Foundation and produce 3-5 events annually to fundraise a minimum of $200k.Serve as lead board member of the Governor's Mansion Commission. Conduct weekly meetings for mansion stakeholders as well as quarterly meetings for commission and foundation board members. Discuss obstacles in the way of our shared goals and present actionable items to achieve them. Create a positive work environment during times of uncertainty and high stress. Assist Governor and First Lady with special projects, as assigned. Represent the First Lady in high level meetings/presentations as needed.
