-Project Manager for Windows XP to Windows 7 migration; Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration (over 600 PC’s), Exchange 2010 to O365 migration, Microsoft Azure Disaster Recovery.-Act as Project lead/manager for major systems upgrades and migrations. -Act as a primary source in all Application management and support. -Write training manuals as well as physically train computer and/or software users.-Serve as the IT purchasing agent.-Forecasting and allocating of team members across several development projects.-WSUS, Backup, Anti-Virus (Cylance) Cisco IronPort, Junos/Juniper Pulse Secure, VMWare ESXi, Windows Server (2003/2008/2012/2016/2019) Administrator-Work with various departments within the organization in choosing new software to facilitate and increase productivity.-Responsible for software administration; installing, implementing andtroubleshooting.-Desktop administrator; involved in creating desktop images for mass rollouts, pushing out updates via WSUS, deploying and automating software packages/updates.

-Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.-Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.-Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.-Document issues via a Help-Desk ticket system.-Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.-Maintain databases of computer equipment and asset management.-Create/delete user accounts and emails.
