Communications Coordinator
CurrentSince joining Engineered Security Systems, I have been able to put all the skillsets that I have acquired and mastered throughout the years and put it to the test to keep the wheels turning and provide excellent solutions from an operational standpoint in the organization and for customers and clients alike. The company was on the verge of an asset sale at the time.I programmed Bosch panels and rerouted their signals from in-house receivers to an outsourced Central Station, became a Project Manager for a significant upgrade and installation for two corporate buildings, and became the Communication Coordinator for the company. In addition, I have shown the leadership skills and versatility Engineered Security Systems needed to raise the organization's valuation amid a sale.The databases I became familiar with while employed with the company were Manitou, MPOWER by COPS Monitoring, Bosch Remote Programming Services (RPS), AMAG, and Brivo On Air.Daily operations also included making & answering phone calls and composing and responding to emails & voicemails, as I had become the central point of communication for the entire organization. In addition, I helped customers and clients troubleshoot any issues with their panels remotely, responded to service calls in the field, and reset any fire panels needed to establish communications.
