• Designed and implemented a project management framework based on the Capability Maturity Model for Integration (CMMI) v2.0 to support projects development and execution in various areas such as: Configuration Management, Requirements, Product Integration, Verification and Validation, Peer Reviews, Processes Assets, Planning, Estimating, Monitoring and Controlling in support of AOR continuity.• Established Internal Capability & Training Program focused on knowledge transfer (mentoring, training, team development, and practical exercises on day to day operations) in support of AOR continuity. • Led the Modelling & Simulation, Training Area of Responsibility (AOR) under the integration team to design and develop modelling and simulation software solutions to support customer testing and training activities. • Provided project management support (schedule baselines, scoping, estimating, monitor and control, capacity planning), mentoring, problem solving, and engineering leadership in support of shipboard systems.• Designed and developed software (C/C++, PLC, VBA, and HMI) for industrial control systems to perform Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT) and Advanced Stress Testing (AST) studies on shipboard systems components.• Led and managed engineering projects with engineering technical staff to support various department programs such as: Development of Inventory System, Automatizing Network Configuration, and SharePoint site development for multiple teams.• Prepared detailed schedules baseline for a Departmental section comprising various projects.• Provided technical expertise support in networks, IT, and software to assist in the maintenance and operations of the Engineering Development Models (EDM). • Acted as liaison with vendors and contractors to support shipboard systems modelling, simulation, and testing.

Responsible of planning and executing construction and maintenance projects on the transmission and distribution (T&D) system in compliance with applicable codes, policies, procedures and regulations. Responsible for managing technical staff and executing technical operations on the T&D system. 120V-230KV.• Managed, directed, controlled, and coordinated the daily operations of the technical district Emergency Operation Center (EOC) to execute response and recovery activities. • Participated in preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation activities on two major hurricanes disasters.• Acted as Liaison between Technical District’s EOC and local, and state Emergency Operating Centers (EOCs) during initial response activities. Prioritized and supported critical infrastructure recovery. • Utilized Geographical Information System (GIS) to monitor electrical system health and deployed emergency response units.• Planned, directed, monitored, and supervised the execution of construction and maintenance projects with 40 technical employees in charge. • Resolved safety and security concerns by improving facilities operations (cleanliness, fleet maintenance, logistics, and substation inspections).• Interacted with over 500 customers to solve emergency requests, complaints and work requests. Obtained realistic 3D models of the respiratory system using specialized software and developed a physical model experiment to test particle deposition in bronchial tree. Product Design and Development Lab:Researched about the design process and proposed a “Design Process Approach Improvement using Design Notebooks”.
