Achievements:- Securing $0.5MM saving in transportation cost minimizing LTL/LCL, on the first wave of a project for the Turnaround Plan.- Representing the Planning Team in the design and roll-out of new IT Capabilities to improve the logistics operations.

Key leadership role responsible for the overall supply readiness for new products development (NPD), product changes and other major changes for the Luxury Division. Achievements:- Supporting 4 full launches with an average Net Revenue of ~$10MM each, and a Service Level above 97% (quarterly).- Recovering the Service Level of a launch with Net Revenue of ~$35MM, from 63% to 96% (monthly).

Responsible of Komtrax (Komatsu IIoT), providing data analytics to continuously improve service operation level and the availability of our customers machines. Achievements: - Automate the monthly Efficiency Report, reducing the process time in 55%.- Increase of the Machines Communication rate in 20%.* Awarded by Komatsu America Corp. as “Best KOMTRAX utilization 2012”. * Results presented in the “2nd Komtrax and Komtrax-PLUS Workshop” organized by Komatsu Holding South America in Santiago of Chile 2012.
