Jennifer Goodwillie joined Stahl, Bernal, Davies, Sewell & Chavarria, LLP in 2014. She practices in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate, Renewable Energy, and Natural Resources and the Environment practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer worked as a development manager for Pioneer Green Energy where she focused on project development for Pioneer’s Texas and East Coast projects. Jennifer advises clients developing and operating wind and solar projects throughout the United States. She serves the firm’s clients by drafting and negotiating land control documents, guiding projects through permitting requirements, title and survey review, and assisting in other transactional matters related to project development.Jennifer is licensed to practice law in Texas. She attended The University of Texas School of Law, where she was the Chief Articles Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and was a Brief Writer and Oral Advocate for the UT Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. During law school, she was a research assistant at The Center for Global Energy, International Arbitration, and Environmental Law, an intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Charles W. Daniels of the New Mexico Supreme Court, and a legal intern at Pioneer Green Energy. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Bard College at Simon’s Rock with degrees in Environmental Studies and Geography, Regional Studies & Globalization Theory.
