Finished project on schedule and within the initially proposed budget.• Overall program lead for upgrading the Oracle database to version 19c within Office Depot's existing managed service Oracle EBS platform hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Guided resource and activity management to ensure project completion within the set timeframe and budget. Utilized 7 resources from Centroid and 20 resources from Office Depot, encompassing both business and IT teams. Completed project on time and within the proposed budget.• Program lead for the migration of Beach Body's on-prem Oracle EBS platform to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Oversaw resources and activities to ensure the project's on-time and within-budget completion. Engaged a total of 20 resources from Centroid and 25 from Beach Body, with team members based in the US and India. Successfully completed according to the initial timeframe and budget.
