• Responsible for packaging and shipping Finished goods thru UPS, Fedex and selected freight forwarders. • Inspecting finished units of any defects from production before packaging. Putting inspected units to packaging boxes and putting it on crates to be shipped for sterilization. • As soon as units are shipped back from sterilization, I will re-inspect all units of any damages or defects before moving units into Finished goods inventory.

- Responsible for processing international shipments for the Extreme Networks project. Pull parts correctly based on the spreadsheet being sent daily for the scheduled shipments. Processing each part into the system (service track). After transacting each part on the system, I generate an excel spreadsheet of the list of parts (Pre-alert) that was processed and match the sheet against the units physically that’s going to ship before putting all the units on a D-Container and generate the commercial invoice and the SLI for the shipment. After shipment have been picked up, I send emails to the given distribution list for shipment notification an excel file (copy of the CI, SLI & Pre-alert). Also serves as back-up for domestic shipments and Finished goods receiving.

 ORDER ENTRY (BAAN System) Entering Sales Order for daily shipment based on thecustomers build & ship scheduleCredit & Re bills – issuing to customers based on incorrect Invoicing such as wrong price on the purchase order or wrong Purchase orders used or any error arising regarding shipments And issuing the re bill on the correct invoice so the customer would pay the correct invoice. PURCHASE ORDER & INVOICE MANAGEMENT Coordinating with customer regarding open PO’s and PO balances and daily ship schedule and maintaining filing of copies of the original purchase orders and invoices for further reconciling with finance & customers on outstanding invoices that should be paid. RMA ’s – Issuing RMA #’s to customer upon request and approval of the Program Manager. Setting up Rma sales order on the system for receiving and shipping the rma’s based on the original Purchase order that was used to shipped this out. Coordinating with production supervisor in scheduling to build the rma’s .

• Coordinating daily shipment schedule for both Domestic & International shipments. Generating paperwork such as Shipper’s letter of instruction (SLI), Commercial Invoices And bill of lading for international shipments. Filing copies of packing slips, BOL, SLI & Commercial invoices for future references.• Interfacing with customers and freight forwarders.• Fedex Powership, Pitney Bowes System (UPS)• Maintaining Domestic and International shipment log thru Microsoft Excel spread sheet, Word• Forklift Certified.• DHL (INTERNATIONAL) EASY SHIP
