As an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto (FEUP), I direct the Master in Services Engineering and Management program (www.fe.up.pt/mesg), where I guide students and professionals in mastering the integration of engineering principles with service management.Research FocusMy research delves into service design, service innovation, customer experience, and technology-enabled services. I have actively contributed to numerous projects aimed at creating innovative, technology-driven services that deliver tangible value to companies while pushing the boundaries of service research.
