As a struggling start up this road team based company needed a professional to get owners organized. With a vision to create a "tween" lifestyle brand based on creative play it was key to polish the rough edges and help guide them in taking the next step into retail sector. Responsibilities included managing the road teams, initiated legal hiring practices and payroll, brand development, website development, inventory management, packaging design, marketing strategy, product manufacturing, and in person and direct sales within the B2B and the B2C markets. The most fun aspect of this position was the opportunity to occasionally be a part of the demonstration team at trade shows, events, and within retail outlets.
