A member of the team solely on marketing was a fresh start for us at this point so it was a steep learning curve right from the beginning. TBS had a re-brand in the latter part of 2014 where we worked with a marketing company to completely transform our brand image, giving me a very solid base to work with and we have continued to grow year on year since by implementing our brand to all aspects of the business. We have also gained certification of ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 proving our commitments to Environment, Quality and Health & Safety.

This job included a number of tasks, right from the day to day tidying of the workshop through to technical fabrication jobs requiring skill, patience and experience. I worked with a small team and some of the daily tasks I had were;- Wall saw operator- Fabricator with machines such as, router, diamond polisher, pillar drill, bandsaw and buffer- Receiving deliveries- Fork-truck operator with pallets up to 6m wide on counterbalance and reach truck FLT's- Goods out
